Alex Orduna

Alex Orduna is excited to begin her first year at First Baptist Academy as Assistant Principal. She is committed to creating an environment where students are challenged to pursue excellence while also growing in their faith and understanding of God’s purpose for their lives. Throughout her 12 years of educational experience, she has contributed to curriculum writing, lesson implementation, and leading professional development sessions.  She believes education is a calling and strives to serve students, teachers, and families with a Christ-centered approach rooted in grace, integrity, and compassion.As both an educator and a parent, this role holds special meaning for her. Her son, Mateo, is a third grader at FBA and has been part of the school community since Pre-K 3. Being part of a school that partners with families to point students toward Christ is something she deeply values.Outside of school, she enjoys serving at her church and spending time with friends. She is passionate about building community, investing in others, and living out her faith in everyday life.
