2025 Annual Fund Goals
Total Goal: $525,000
– Investing in Faculty and Staff Excellence – $240,000
This initiative supports budgeted increases in salaries, stipends, benefits, and retirement contributions for our faculty and staff. Your gift helps us retain and reward the educators and team members who make a daily impact on students’ lives.
– Expanding Student Access and Support – $160,000
Annual Fund gifts help us meet the budgeted need for tuition assistance and student support, allowing more families to benefit from a Christ-centered education at First Baptist Academy.
– Strengthening Campus Operations and Security – $50,000
This includes a new second full-time security guard during the school day and supports operational needs that keep our campus secure and running efficiently.
– Enhancing Programs: Academics, Arts, and Athletics – $48,000
This category funds increases in classroom resources, academic testing, fine arts, and athletic programs, including equipment and instructional materials, enriching the full student experience.
– Fueling Growth through Marketing and Technology – $27,000
Your gift helps fund strategic outreach efforts, enrollment processing, web and software systems, and technology improvements that drive continued school growth.
